Huangshan

Huangshan, the Yellow Mountains, is one of China´s most important mountainous areas. Its name is related to the Yellow Emperor, considered the mythological founder of China, and thousands of visitors travel there each year to contemplate one of the country´s most beautiful sunrises. It was listed as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1990 and its spectacular natural scenery includes oddly-shaped pines and rocks, and mystical seas of clouds.
